Dogs trust has been in kent since 1999 when we took over the site in the small village of chestfield outside canterbury. The service has been running for 16 years and has helped over 1 500 people to flee domestic abuse and now runs in greater london the home counties east anglia yorkshire the north east the north west and scotland. Dogs are a great talking point and a way to get out and meet new people.
