Fish Tacos Mango Salsa
Make the mango salsa.
Fish tacos mango salsa. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f 165 degrees c. Spoon some of the coleslaw mixture into each taco shell. Stir mango avocado tomato red onion red pepper parsley canola oil brown sugar lime juice cider vinegar hot pepper sauce salt and ground black pepper together in a bowl. You can sprinkle the tacos with additional lime juice and coriander leaves.
Pour over the sauce. Meanwhile in a medium bowl stir together mayonnaise and lime juice. Top tortillas with fish mango salsa shredded red cabbage sliced avocado and cilantro. In a large bowl combine mango red onion lime juice cilantro and salt.
Pour over the sauce. Refrigerate salsa for at least 1 hour. Bake in a 450 degree f oven for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork. Char tortillas on the stove top for a few seconds per side.
Add fish slices and top with mango salsa. I don t know what it is about tacos but they just seem to make everyone happy.
